Durante el período bajomedieval, el campesinado valenciano experimentó mejoras sustanciales en la manera en la que almacenaba, cocinaba y servía sus alimentos a la mesa. Los cambios en la cultura material de la alimentación campesina no fueron solo algo curioso y pintoresco, sino de la manifestación de grandes transformaciones en su comportamiento como consumidores. En este trabajo presentamos el diseño y los resultados de un experimento económico realizado por estudiantes de primero del grado de administración y dirección de empresas en el transcurso de una clase práctica de la asignatura transversal de incorporación a los estudios universitarios. Los estudiantes tomaron sus decisiones en un marco donde coexisten los conflictos individuales con los colectivos. El efecto del grupo les ilustró el efecto de la coordinación y del trabajo en equipo. El principal objetivo de esta actividad es desarrollar y evaluar la competencia de trabajo en equipo, así como la responsabilidad social, capacidad reflexiva y actitud crítica de los estudiantes.

The current Law 49/2002 on the tax regime of non-profit entities and tax incentives for patronage was born out of the declared will to establish a set of incentives applicable to patronage activity in general and, in particular, to cultural patronage. However, the practical application to date of this commendable principle has been shown to be a mere normative proposition. Bernard Schmitt, the founder of quantum macroeconomics, died on 26 March 2014. His legacy concerns the discovery of the logical laws of monetary macroeconomics and extends to the explanation of the origin and nature of economic and financial crises. Starting from a novel conception of bank money, he was able to show that economics is founded on true macroeconomic laws, which take the form of logical identities. IAS 31 allowed firms to choose between proportionate consolidation and the equity method to record joint ventures in the consolidated accounts of the venturer. Moreover, this election implied a decision about including information in the primary financial statements or in the notes. This paper investigates if financial analysts perceive accounting information differently depending on the method chosen conditioned to the disclosure of the required information in the notes.
