Tutkimuksessamme tarkastelimme asiakasosallistujamme kahden ongelmallisen kokemuksen assimilaation etenemistä sekä näiden toisistaan erillisinä pysyneiden prosessien vaikutusta toisiinsa. Asiakkaan ongelmallisia kokemuksia kutsuimme vanhempiteemaksi ja parisuhdeteemaksi. Lisäksi tarkastelimme, millaisia keinoja terapeutti käytti puhutellessaan asiakkaan ääniä. Tutkimme myös, eroavatko terapeutin käyttämät keinot eri ongelmallisissa kokemuksissa. Tutkimuksemme teoreettisena viitekehyksenä käytimme W. B. Connection between Absorption Properties and Conformational Changes in Deinococcus radiodurans Phytochrome

Phytochromes consist of several protein domains and a linear tetrapyrrole molecule, which interact as a red-light-sensing system. In this study, size-exclusion chromatography and light-scattering techniques are combined with UV-vis spectroscopy to investigate light-induced changes in dimeric Deinococcus radiodurans bacterial phytochrome (DrBphP) and its subdomains. The photosensory unit (DrCBD-PHY) shows an unusually stable Pfr state with minimal dark reversion, whereas the histidine kinase (HK) domain facilitates dark reversion to the resting state. Genetically encoded fluorescent markers have revolutionized cell and molecular biology due to their biological compatibility, controllable spatiotemporal expression, and photostability. To achieve in vivo imaging in whole animals, longer excitation wavelength probes are needed due to the superior ability of near infrared light to penetrate tissues unimpeded by absorbance from biomolecules or autofluorescence of water. R&D subsidies and productivity in SMEs

This paper examines the effect of R&D subsidies on labour productivity. We use firm-level data on Finnish SMEs from 2000 to 2012 and apply a combined matching and difference-in-differences method to control for selection bias. We find no significant positive effect on labour productivity over the five-year period after a subsidy is granted. However, the results vary over time and indicate a 2–4 % negative effect on SMEs’ annual productivity growth one to 2 years after the subsidy year. Nevertheless, subsidies generate a positive employment effect and enhance firm survival. Additional scrutiny reveals that subsidies positively affect the human capital level of low-skill firms. peerReviewed
