This thesis seeks to identify and understand, from the epistemological and methodological field of psychoanalysis, the nature of the difficulty in teaching swimming encountered by four P.E. primary school teachers. It is based on a trainer’s observation witnessing the embarrassment of P.E. teachers confronted with this discipline and with a lack of ‘solutions’ to deal successfully with this professional difficulty. Actes des XIXè journées de l'AES; International audience; Depuis la réforme de 1991, la formation initiale des enseignants du primaire en Tunisie dure deux années au cours desquelles les élèves-enseignants sont astreints à un régime d'internat. Le financement de la formation des maîtres est assuré par les fonds publics, d'importantes aides sont octroyées aux élèves-enseignants. Leurs performances pédagogiques sont satisfaisantes, mais l'insertion des diplômés commence à être plus difficile.
Recovering the cost of public higher education in LDCs : to what extent are loan schemes an efficient instrument ?

On the other hand, however, expansion in the public provision of education is limited by constraints in the public budget.
