The paradox of endogenous poverty line in the poverty indices

february 23-25, 2007; When measuring poverty, the poverty line is considered to be relatively determined as a percentage of the median income or as a percentage of the average income so as to allow international comparisons. The poverty line relative to the median income may be described as endogenous in contrast with the poverty line relative to the average income which may be described as exogenous because it is independent of the normalized distribution of incomes. Artykuł został poświęcony instytucji przejściowego ryczałtu od dochodów wprowadzonej ustawą Polski Ład. Jak wykazano, w istocie spełnia ona kryteria abolicji podatkowej i jednocześnie budzi poważne wątpliwości co do zgodności z konstytucyjnymi zasadami równości (art. 32 Konstytucji RP) i powszechności opodatkowania (art. 84 Konstytucji RP). W publikacji przedstawiono instytucję abolicji podatkowej, jej istotę i rys historyczny oraz normatywną konstrukcję przejściowego ryczałtu od dochodów. Analizie poddano także zgodność przepisów normujących instytucję przejściowego ryczałtu od dochodów ze wskazanymi przepisami ustawy zasadniczej
Esiopetusvuoden palvelukokonaisuudet lasten hyvinvoinnin ja yhdenvertaisuuden näkökulmista

Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on selvittää, millaisia palvelukokonaisuuksia esiopetusikäisten opetuksen ja hoidon järjestelyt Suomessa muodostavat sekä tarkastella niitä lasten hyvinvoinnin sekä keskinäisen yhdenvertaisuuden näkökulmista. Hyvinvoinnin kuvaajina käytetään vuorovaikutukseen vaikuttavia tekijöitä sekä opetuksen ja hoidon pysyvyyttä. Tutkimukseen haastateltiin puhelimitse varhaiskasvatuksen esimiehiä kymmenessä eri kunnassa. Tulokset osoittavat, että kunnissa on käytössä suuri määrä erilaisia esiopetusikäisten opetuksen ja hoidon palvelukokonaisuuksia. The purpose of this paper is analyzing whether trust and reciprocity are affected by how rich the partner is or how well the partner performed several tasks with real effort. A trust game (TG) experiment is designed with three treatments. First, a baseline Treatment B in which subjects play a finitely repeated TG. Second, in a Treatment H with history, subjects know the partner’s wealth level reached in the past.
