Viimeaikaista liikuntapoliittista ja -tieteellistä keskustelua on käyty siitä, millainen on liikunnan ja urheilun sukupuolten tasa-arvon ja yhdenvertaisuuden tila. Yhtenä sytykkeenä on toiminut vuonna 2015 päivitetty liikuntalaki, jonka kirjauksissa vahvistettiin tasa-arvon ja yhden vertaisuuden edistämisvaatimusta ja jonka myötä myös opetus- ja kulttuuriministeriö alkoi edellyttää järjestöiltä tasa-arvo- ja yhdenvertaisuussuunnitelmia osana valtionapukelpoisuutta. Globalization with its many side-effects on working life is seen to pose accentuated risks especially for women and low skilled workers – resulting in increasing polarization of job quality. In contrast to “universal theories”, institutional theories claim changes in work life might vary according to the institutional and cultural frameworks which mediate the global pressures of change. This study analyses job quality trends in Finland at the intersection of class and gender. Przedmiotem glosy jest wyrok Naczelnego Sądu Administracyjnego z 8.01.2020 r., I OSK 2392/19, w którym przyjęto tezę, że art. 17 ust. 5 pkt 1 lit. a ustawy o świadczeniach rodzinnych prawidłowo zinterpretowany powinien być w ten sposób rozumiany, iż pozbawia prawa do świadczenia pielęgnacyjnego tylko do wysokości otrzymywanej emerytury. Teza tego wyroku jest całkowicie sprzeczna z treścią przywołanego przepisu. Social inequalities of educational careers are stronger in France than in the US, while most of the other indicators of equity are roughly equal. This can be related to the existence of paths in the French educational system, which do not exist in the more comprehensive american systems. More deeply, it can be related to the fact that equity in the US is conceived as fairness of the process of empowerment of students while it is conceived in France as the independence of the educational merit with the social capital.

Questo articolo esplora alcune forme dell’identità femminile nell’Egitto post-rivoluzionario, quale si manifesta in due documenti pubblicati dopo la Rivoluzione del 2011 sui diritti delle donne musulmane. Sono il Documento di al–Azhar (2013) e la Dichiarazione di Alessandria (2014), concordi nel ribadire il valore delle donne e i diritti garantiti loro dalla shari‘a. L’uno e l’altra hanno visto il coinvolgimento delle femministe islamiche. Si descrivono anche le possibilità di collaborazione tra al-Azhar e le femministe islamiche, per fondare una conoscenza religiosa-femminista autoctona e sensibile al genere.
