This article explores the philosophical and psychoanalytic trajectories of conceptualizing the Covid-19 pandemic as ‘collective trauma’, and considers what would be the risks, but also productive possibilities, of such a theoretical move. the context of this inquiry is the so-called ‘shadow pandemic’ – the drastic increase in domestic violence globally, which accompanied introduction of lockdowns as a measure of containing the impact of Covid-19 on public health infrastructures. Il contributo esamina due dipinti conservati nelle chiese di Petralia Sottana, centro delle alte Madonie. Si tratta della tela raffigurante San Carlo Borromeo della Chiesa Madre che, datata al secondo decennio del Seicento, viene riferita a Giuseppe Salerno, pittore della maniera conosciuto insieme al suo concittadino Gaspare Bazzano come Zoppo di Gangi. L’altro dipinto, invece, è l’affresco raffigurante La disputa di Gesù con i Dottori della chiesa di San Francesco d’Assisi che, riferito dubitativamente pure al Salerno, viene ricondotto ad anonimo pittore della maniera. Józef Warszewicz (1812–1864) was one of the first Polish naturalists to explore the flora of the tropical New World. During two expeditions to Central and South America (1844–1850 and 1850–1853) he collected and delivered to Europe up to twenty thousand plant specimens. To honour his service and his achievements in plant collections, different taxonomists described more than 100 taxa using the surname Warszewicz, for example in the genus name (Warszewiczia) and the species epithets (warszewiczii, warscewiczii, warszewicziana). International audience; An effective preparation of new tailor-made macromolecular materials via a combination of two (atom-efficient) catalytic transformations is reported. First, new aliphatic polyesters with alternated composition have been prepared using a salen aluminum catalyst system. Next, the pendant vinyl moieties in those copolymers have been selectively transformed into various functional groups by metathesis in the presence of homogeneous Grubbs catalysts. The latter metathesis reaction has been optimized in terms of catalytic activity and selectivity, to define the conditions for an effective and safe procedure that does not affect the macromolecular architecture. Maģistra darbā izmantota kvantitatīvā pētījumu pieeja. Maģistra darbā secināts, ka Latvijas vēlamajam politiskajam līderim jābūt liberāli noskaņotam, pašpārliecinātam, sabiedriski aktīvam, tradicionālās vērtības atbalstošam cilvēkam, ar labām runas spējām, kurš spēj aizstāvēt savu vai savas partijas viedokli.
