Smart High-κ Nanodielectrics Using Solid Supported Polyoxometalate-Rich Nanostructures

Utilizing Langmuir-Blodgett deposition and scanning probe microscopy, we have investigated the extent to which cations alter the self-assembly processes of hybrid polyoxometalates (POMs) on surfaces. The well-defined 2D hexagonal nanostructures obtained were extensively characterized and their properties were studied, and this has revealed fascinating dielectric behavior and reversible capacitive properties. The nanostructures are extremely stable under ambient conditions, and yet exhibit fascinating self-patterning upon heating. These findings present POMs as effective smart nanodielectrics and open up a new field for future POM applications. (c) 2011 American Chemical Society.

Akciju tirgus ir svarīga ekonomikas sastāvdaļa. Mūsdienās ASV akciju tirgus tiek uzskatīts par lielāko pasaulē. Pasaulē ir pietiekami attīstīti akciju tirgi, tomēr ne visi no tiem tiek pietiekami novērtēti. Šī pētījuma mērķis ir pierādīt ka Krievijas akciju tirgus nav pietiekami novērtēts, veicot Krievijas akciju tirgus salīdzinošo analīzi ar ASV akciju tirgu. Izvērtēt Krievijas akciju tirgus pozitīvās un negatīvās īpašības.. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek analizēta akciju tirgus teorētiskie pamati. Otrajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīti Krievijas un ASV akciju tirgi, to vēsturiskā attīstība. Trešajā nodaļā tiek analizēta Krievijas akciju tirgus darbība un to ietekmējošie faktori.

The COVID-19 pandemic changed the management of emergency medicine and those complications that needed interventional procedures, such as endoscopy or other radiological procedures. At the beginning of the outbreak, there were no exploitable recommendations regarding the proper policy to apply for limiting the virus spread during endoscopy. Between the first and the second wave, the approach regarding interventional procedures changed, due to higher awareness and newly defined protocols, even if different among the health centers. [spa] Ante los retos a los que se enfrentan los bibliotecarios de colecciones patrimoniales universitarias, y dentro de un contexto de formación continua, conocer la realidad de fondos análogos en otros países de Europa, a través del programa Erasmus+, representa una valiosa oportunidad. Durante los años 2018 y 2019 el CRAI Biblioteca de Fondo Antiguo de la Universidad de Barcelona acogió a 13 profesionales de 8 países distintos, con un balance altamente positivo, fruto, en buena parte, de un modelo de acogida donde se da voz al participante y se favorece un espacio de diálogo enriquecedor para ambas partes.
Impact of Manaus City on the Amazon Green Ocean atmosphere: Ozone production, precursor sensitivity and aerosol load

As a contribution to the Large-Scale Biosphere-Atmosphere Experiment in Amazonia – Cooperative LBA Airborne Regional Experiment (LBA-CLAIRE-2001) field campaign in the heart of the Amazon Basin, we analyzed the temporal and spatial dynamics of the urban plume of Manaus City during the wet-to-dry season transition period in July 2001. During the flights, we performed vertical stacks of crosswind transects in the urban outflow downwind of Manaus City, measuring a comprehensive set of trace constituents including O3, NO, NO2, CO, VOC, CO2, and H2O.
