En el contexto de la época de oro de la industria editorial argentina, un grupo de exiliados de ascendencia gallega desempeñó un papel destacado a través de la edición de revistas culturales y de colecciones de libros: De Mar a Mar y Correo Literario, Buen Aire, Mar Dulce, Paloma y Botella al Mar. El presente trabajo analiza el lugar que ocuparon los temas y los autores latinoamericanos –y, especialmente, argentinos– en esos proyectos editoriales, teniendo en cuenta las relaciones entre los exiliados y el campo cultural local.

El artículo describe algunos de los núcleos de sentido que acompañaron a la publicación de los testimonios de supervivientes chilenos en los primeros años del exilio. Especialmente, el modo en que la escritura testimonial fue legitimada por la voz autorizada de importante figuras de la Unidad Popular que convirtió a los supervivientes que aportaban su testimonio de la violencia en ‘combatientes de un nuevo cuño'. Artykuł podejmuje problematykę przedstawiania doświadczeń życia w totalitarnym bądź socjalistycznym państwie na podstawie powieści trzech autorek piszących w języku innym, niż rodzimy: pochodzącej ze Słowacji Ireny Brežnej i z Czech Libušy Moníkovej, których twórczość powstała po niemiecku, oraz mieszkającej w Kanadzie i piszącej po angielsku Ewy Stachniak. The article presents the position of “the Castle” on emigration (the President, government and the Council of the Republic of Poland) towards the events in Poland and the Eastern Bloc in 1956. The politicians and publicists of “the Castle”, observing some changes in the country, did not expect that they would lead to basic changes. The opinion prevailed that Poland was not an independent state and that the Soviet occupation still persisted. Propagating maximum demands (independence, restoration of the pre-war border in the east), they did not have much hope in an evolutionary course of changes. Taking inspiration from a recent book by Peter Burke, the article examines the contribution provided by exiles and expatriates to the formation of an open and pluralistic cultural identity in Europe. Thanks to the “distanciation” and to the “displacement of concepts”, exiles and expatriates exerted an influential role for the cross-fertilization of European scientific experience.
Self Cartography : migration process and narrative of the psychological suffering of people in a migration situation

Introduction This research aims to experiment a methodological protocol called «Self Cartography» with people in migration situations. By combining the life story and the geographical map, this device is a response to the clinical challenges imposed by current global migratory movements.
