Este artículo expone los resultados de una investigación sobre la percepción que tienen los periodistas españoles de la calidad periodística, teniendo en cuenta el contexto económico, tecnológico, empresarial, laboral y profesional. Empathy is a pedagogic and educative category and justifies the notion of vicarious intentionality defining either the empathy structure or the proper dynamic of the educative process. According to the language of classical philosophy and pedagogy, this essay deals with it as an ethic and dianoetic virtue. The core of the whole becomes the phenomenology of empathy, the analysis of the constitutive intentionalities of such a singular personal virtue: the free disposal, the ethic attitude and the spiritual request.

IDENTIFYING FACTORS INFLUENCING SCHOOL LEADERSHIP PRACTICES: CASE STUDY OF LATVIA

Based on the analysis of research literature and empirical data, the study aims to identify significant factors affecting school leadership practices in Latvia. In addition to studies of scientific literature, the authors used qualitative research methods – in-depth interviews with 7 school leadership teams of the same municipality and expert focus group discussion to describe the influencing factors that are relevenat in the context of Latvia. As a result of the study, the authors identified that school leaders’ work experience, beliefs and mental models, social skills and impact of the external parties have an influence on their practices.

The Implementation of Dual VET in Spain: An Empirical Analysis

This paper provides a brief overview of how Dual VET was implemented in the Spanish VET system. Dual VET was first regulated in Spain by the end of 2012 with the aim to replace the existing work experience module (FCT) within formal VET. However, companies have hardly contributed to its development, and the educational administrations that mandated it did not support its anchorage in the economy, while forcing VET schools and teachers to introduce it. A comparative study of fluoride release from two different sealants

Objectives: The introduction of fluoride releasing sealants and glass ionomer cements as fissure sealants adds another dimension to prevention of pit and fissure caries. The ability of resin sealants and glass ionomer cements to release fluoride on a long term basis to the sealed enamel and the adjacent unsealed pit and fissure and cuspal in - cline enamel may allow for further reduction in pit and fissure caries experience for children.
