Broadly speaking, the service quality seems to be directly proportional to excessive working hours, which are accompanied by less-paid wages and hard working conditions. Stakeholder Engagement, Corporate Social Responsibility and Integrated Reporting: An Exploratory Study

There is increasing interest in integrated reporting that includes the company's financial, governance, environmental, and social performance. For this reason, the main objective of this investigation is to study why companies are producing integrated reporting, paying special attention to the links with the assurance of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) report. Employees' perceptions of high-performance work systems and innovative behaviour: The role of exploratory learning

Abstract This paper analyses the influence of employees' perceptions of high-performance work systems (HPWSs) on employees' exploratory learning and innovative behaviour. Furthermore, the mediating role of exploratory learning in this relationship has also been studied. To achieve these objectives, a quantitative analysis was conducted with a sample of 304 researchers from the Spanish public sector. This study aimed to construct and validate a quantitative measurement instrument to determine the structure of professional agency in working life.
