Sosiaalityöntekijöiden työyhteisölliset voimavarat subjektiivisen työhyvinvoinnin selittäjänä kunnallisessa sosiaalihuollossa

Artikkelissa tarkastellaan sosiaalityöntekijöiden subjektiivista työhyvinvointia sekä työyhteisöllisten voimavarojen roolia hyvinvoinnin selittämisessä. Työhyvinvointia lähestytään myönteisestä näkökulmasta työn vaatimusten ja voimavarojen viitekehyksessä. Tutkimus pohjautuu vuosina 2011–2012 kerättyyn kyselyaineistoon, johon on vastannut 817 sosiaalityöntekijän tehtävissä kunnallisessa sosiaalihuollossa työskentelevää henkilöä. Vastaajista noin 41 prosentilla oli myönteisiä subjektiivisen työhyvinvoinnin kokemuksia vähintään muutaman kerran viikossa, ja päivittäin tällaisia kokemuksia oli liki 20 prosentilla vastaajista. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli analysoida sitä, onko työttömyys vai työn koettu epävarmuus haitallisempaa terveydelle. Tutkimus perustuu Tilastokeskuksen vuonna 1994 tekemään Elinolotutkimukseen ajautuen työikäisiin, 25-55-vuotiaisiin palkansaajiin ja työttömiin (N = 3 5 70). Vertailua varten sekä työttömät että palkansaajat jaettiin kolmeen ryhmään; työttömillä kriteerinä oli työttömyyden kesto, palkansaajilla työssä koettujen epävarmuustekijöiden määrä. The aim of this work is to present the content analysis on the intelligibility of the environmental information that is reported in the annual accounts of the main Port Authorities in Spain. The annual accounts are related to documents that contain primarily financial information, and thus meet the needs of users (especially external users) in the decision-making process; in this sense, the work analyzes the environmental aspects presented in them.
