The intervention concerns the controversy between Schoenberg, Adorno and Mann following the publications of the "Doktor Faustus" and the "Philosophie der neuen Musik". With regard to Adorno's text, the exergo to the essay on Schoenberg and, in a more general sense, the attempt to bring the "neue Musik" back to the framework of a Hegelian philosophy are analyzed.

The article attemps to analyse the mythological figures in the so-called 'Walpurgisnacht' in Goethe's faust II and their reciprocal interaction with - as well as their relationship to - the four elements. taking as a point of departure the evident predominance of the figure of water, it is demonstrated, however, that Goethe (through the figure of the other elements - primarily fire) emphasizes the unity of creation and simultaneously aims to make apparent the levels of being, which man does not always perceive - in the first place that of the Divine which manifests itself in nature.

This article analyzes two novels set in Alexandria. The first one is "Cortile a Cleopatra" by the Italian writer Fausta Cialente. The second one is "Nobody sleeps in Alexandria" (Lâ ahad yanâm fî'l-Iskandariyya) by Ibrahim Abdel Meguid. The analysis focus on actions that characterize the genre of travel literature in which the traveler is expected to perform two actions: leaving then returning. If the traveler does not come back to the starting point, his experience is not considered as "travel", rather as "change of residence". But it does not always work out that way. The study of scientific collaboration through network analysis can give interesting conclusions about the publication habits of a scientific community. Co-authorship networks represent scientific collaboration as a graph: nodes correspond to authors, edges between nodes mark joint publications (Newman 2001a,b). Fausto Maria Martini nació el 14 de abril de 1886 en Roma, ciudad en la que falleció en 1930. Su obra como poeta, crítico y dramaturgo se inició con la publibación de la colección poética Le piccole morte (1903), libro que supuso su incorporación a la nómina de la entonces naciente escuela de los crepusculares.
