W prawie polskim, w odniesieniu do fundacji, przyjęty został model nadzoru subsydiarnego o charakterze prawnym. Nadzór pośredni jest wykonywany przez organy administracji publicznej, a nadzór bezpośredni przez sądu powszechne. Ustawodawca zróżnicował nieco sytuację prawną fundacji kościelnych w porównaniu z innymi fundacjami poprzez to, że w nadzór pośredni nad nimi wykonują w pierwszej kolejności, niezależnie od organów państwowych, również kościelne osoby prawne będące fundatorami bądź wskazane w statucie. Enhancing the experience of online users of open education

The limited adoption of Open Educational Resources (OER) has kicked off the launch of several projects to search for possible solutions. One of these projects is “Open Educational Ideas and Innovations” (OEI2). The goal of this project is to find alternatives for increasing the uptake of OER and facilitating the collaborative development of OER. To enhance the experience of the users of open education, we interviewed twelve educators and researchers from different higher education institutions across Europe focusing on gathering insights about idea sharing experiences. The article presents a textbook series EEverything Is Easy!" for teaching Russian to Polish students at junior high school, showing its structure and methodological foundation. The fi rst textbook in the series was published in 2014, shortly before the introduction of a law which introduced a ban on placing exercises that required writing answers in the textbook. The law resulted in the conceptual change of the series.

This study explores the use of the systems approaches (systems thinking and systems theories) as the theoretical underpinnings for Enterprise Architecture (EA) research. Both the academic and the practitioner communities have maintained an interest in EA due to its potential benefits, promising for the recent technological and business advances.
