El objetivo de este estudio consiste en analizar los indicadores de inclusión en una muestra de escuelas de la ciudad de Cuenca, Ecuador, y comparar las percepciones entre diferentes agentes educativos. Para ello, se les aplicó el Index for Inclusion a 19 directores(as) de centros educativos, 156 familias y 30 graduadas de titulaciones universitarias de Educación. Los resultados evidencian diferencias en la percepción del grado de inclusión en los tres grupos. Se discute el papel del sesgo de deseabilidad social en la interpretación de los resultados. This paper presents the concept of Well-being, defined as the cognitive and affective evaluation that a person makes of his/her own life. The interest is centered in understanding what makes them happy and what generates well-being among boys and girls. In order to do so, different areas of children’s lives were accessed, trying to encompass the social, cultural and political dimensions of Well-being. Family-teachers relationships through digital tools: analyses and proposals

La investigación exploratoria analiza las relaciones digitales entre docentes y familias en diez centros educativos de las provincias de Barcelona y Girona. La investigación recoge y analiza las diferentes herramientas digitales a través del análisis de documentos y de entrevistas semiestructuradas. El estudio muestra que la introducción de las TIC no ha conllevado cambios sustanciales ni en el qué ni en el cómo de las prácticas y las relaciones entre familias y docentes. Finalmente, partiendo de dicho análisis, se plantean pistas y propuestas de mejora en las actuales relaciones digitales entre docentes y familias.

Este artículo analiza las condiciones de vida y las estrategias de supervivencia y bienestar de las familias monoparentales a partir del análisis de datos cuantitativos. Un enfoque no androcéntrico nos permite analizar las condiciones de vida de estas familias incluyendo los recursos generados desde las redes sociocomunitarias y desde el ámbito doméstico, donde predominan las mujeres. Se valora, así, el trabajo de cuidados que se desarrolla en este ámbito y la forma en que estas familias lo organizan. En este trabajo se analiza la nueva corriente sobre la extinción de la obligación de alimentos en aplicación de la doctrina establecida en STS 19 febrero 2019 (RJ 2019, 497), ante la ausencia manifiesta y continuada de relación familiar entre alimentante y alimentista, siguiendo la línea marcada por el Código Civil de Cataluña en su artículo 237-13. Por último, se llevan a cabo algunas reflexiones con el fin de adaptar la legislación nacional a la actual realidad social.

Although many studies endorse the notion that the way students perceive support influences their engagement, very few have explored the possible mediator role of intention to learn between these variables. The present work provides new evidence to the existing literature because it analyses the work of intention to learn (measured with expectancy–value beliefs and achievement goals) as a mediating motivational variable in the relation between university students’ external support (teacher and family) and their engagement.
