The meaning of peer group mentoring in the university context

Peer mentoring is commonly used for didactical and learning purposes. In this study we examine peer group mentoring in the university context. The aim is to promote understanding of peer group mentoring based on a meta-analysis of two primary studies: teacher students and teacher group tutors. As a result, three core categories were found: 1) Individual’s participation in the group, 2) Professional development with others and 3) Community enabling sharing and development. Review of satirical and obscene poetry, from the Galician/Portuguese and Provençal traditions to the «Cancionero de obras provocantes a risa» including Baena’s «Cancionero» and the «Cancionero General» by Hernando del Castillo. The author shows there is continuity in the use of these themes that is independent of their treatment and the rhetorical settings.The last pages are dedicated to the «Carajicomedia», the work of an author who is familiar with Valencia and perhaps with the milieu of Fenollar and company.

Leadership and meaningful work: The possibilities and challenges of the Vocational Meaning and Fulfillment Survey In this study we examined how leaders perceive meaningful work and if the new Vocational Meaning and Fulfillment Survey (VMFS) could be used as a leadership tool in organizations. BACKGROUND: In SMILE-4 (the Survival of Myocardial Infarction Long-term Evaluation 4 study), zofenopril + acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) was superior to ramipril + ASA in reducing the occurrence of major cardiovascular events in patients with left ventricular dysfunction following acute myocardial infarction. The present post hoc analysis was performed to compare the cost-effectiveness of zofenopril and ramipril.
