La causa n'és l'absència relativa de dones, la qual cosa amenaça la sostenibilitat social de les poblacions perifèriques. Changes in Body Composition in Anorexia Nervosa : Predictors of Recovery and Treatment Outcome

The restoration of body composition (BC) parameters is considered to be one of the most important goals in the treatment of patients with anorexia nervosa (AN). However, little is known about differences between AN diagnostic subtypes [restricting (AN-R) and binge/purging (AN-BP)] and weekly changes in BC during refeeding treatment. Therefore, the main objectives of our study were twofold: 1) to assess the changes in BC throughout nutritional treatment in an AN sample and 2) to analyze predictors of BC changes during treatment, as well as predictors of treatment outcome. En este artículo se sintetizan las líneas maestras del pensamiento de Anne-Thérèse Marguenat, marquesa de Lambert (1647-1733) y se profundiza en el eco que su obra tuvo en España, aclarando algunos episodios poco conocidos y arrojando luz sobre el contexto en el que se realizó y publicó finalmente la versión castellana de sus ensayos y sobre la personalidad intelectual y circunstancias sociales de su traductora, Cayetana de la Cerda y Vera, condesa de Lalaing (1755-1798). Durante la revolución liberal española, la atribución de competencias femeninas en el ámbito de lo doméstico comportó la implementación de una educación diferencial en función del género y ralentizó la incorporación de las niñas en el sistema escolar.
