Dynamic properties of successful plural leadership configuration: An exploratory process-study

Our article introduces an exploratory process study of successful plural leadership configuration in searching for alternative solutions to wicked problems. The study was executed within four educational organisations that solved challenging wicked problems arising from today’s changing contexts. We argue that plural leadership configuration is a dynamic process when people in diverse organisational positions, roles, and levels design profitable endeavours through their ideas and activities, bring about desirable outcomes within diverse conditions and outline the future. Tutkielma käsittelee interfiguraalisuutta – intertekstuaalisuuden alalajia, joka viittaa eri teksteissä esiintyvien henkilöhahmojen välisiin suhteisiin – Donna Tarttin romaanissa The Secret History. Tarttin romaanin päähenkilöitä tarkastellaan suhteessa neljän muun romaanin henkilöhahmoihin (F. Scott Fitzgeraldin The Great Gatsby, William Goldingin Lord of the Flies, Evelyn Waugh’n Brideshead Revisited sekä Oscar Wilden The Picture of Dorian Gray). The purpose of this research was to examine the relationships between selected personality dimensions and occupational burnout among professional and volunteer firefighters. Difficult conditions are the cause of loss of not only health but also life. Such working conditions may cause occupational burnout consisting of employee’s exhaustion. Material and Methods: The group under examination consisted of 164 firefighters, including 76 volunteers aged 19–61 years (M = 32.49, SD = 9.21) and 88 professional firefighters aged 20–49 years (M = 33.85, SD = 10.05). La ambigua institucionalización de la eutanasia como derecho individual de carácter prestacional. Apunte crítico sobre la lo 3/2021, de 24 de marzo

Se abordan aquí tres aspectos relativos a la Ley española de eutanasia, promulgada el 24 de marzo de 2021, que resultan especialmente problemáticos: la falsa configuración de la eutanasia como un ?derecho subjetivo?, el falso protagonismo de la autonomía del sujeto y la calificación de la eutanasia como ?muerte natural?. Se sostiene la tesis de que la ley solo ha despenalizado el delito eutanásico cuando se realiza de acuerdo con los requisitos legales; de que no existe un derecho a la muerte y por tanto no es la voluntad del solicitante la que determina la prestación eutanásica y las repercusiones que se producirán en diversos ámbitos por la calificación de muerte natural.

Abstract. Nowadays, 3D documentation of architectural assets is becoming a demanding task for the valorisation of Cultural Heritage especially after a restoration project. The 3D documentation can be used for detailed analysis of specific elements, for monitoring the state of conservation and for valorisation actions.
