Allusioni plautine ne «Gli ultimi giorni di Pompei» di Edward Bulwer-Lytton

This note presents the summary and the analysis of citations, allusions and references to Plautus’s comedies in «The Last Days of Pompeii» by Edward Bulwer-Lytton. From the analysis here conducted it emerges that the English writer used Plautus for precise purposes, for ironic and satirical resolutions, appropriately contextualizing the allusions to Plautus within the plot of the novel.

[ES] Tras el anuncio por parte del Gobierno de la inclusión de una sección oral en el examen de lengua extranjera de la Prueba de Acceso a la Universidad, que estaba prevista para 2012, diferentes posibilidades en cuanto a la informatización de dicha sección se analizaron en un esfuerzo por encontrar una propuesta viable para la evaluación de las destrezas orales y un estudio cualitativo se llevó a cabo con 286 participantes. Glossing wind names in Low German in Salisbury? A newly discovered text in London, British Library, Cotton Vitellius A.xii

It's an essay investigating a text on the names of the winds in ms London, British Library, Cotton Vitellius A.xii (s. xi), where both Latin and vernacular names are given. The text may ultimately derive from Einhard's Life of Charlemagne (ch. 29), but it appears as a self-contained text in the form of a Class Glossary. Although inserted in a manuscript copied in England at Salisbury, the vernacular words of the text are not in Old English. The essay makes a case for a possible connection with Flanders, with the text being one of the very rare surviving specimen of the Old Low Franconian language.

La telecolaboración entre grupos heterogéneos en la clase de lengua extranjera

[ES] En la enseñanza de lenguas extranjeras, numerosos profesores trabajan las competencias lingüísticas y comunicativas por medio de actividades que incluyen las TIC. Entre ellas, se encuentran los proyectos de telecolaboración por Internet, intercambios asincrónicos y sincrónicos, entre grupos de estudiantes pertenecientes a diferentes comunidades lingüísticas distantes geográficamente. Nuestro objetivo ha consistido en comprobar si un proyecto de telecolaboración sincrónico entre grupos heterogéneos de estudiantes, con distintos perfiles y niveles en lengua extranjera, es factible y si contribuye al desarrollo de las competencias comunicativas, intercuturales y tecnológicas.

Sub specie æternitatis: the role of the ruin and the ancient in the process of architectural renewal between metamorphosis and resurgence

Composing new works of architecture inspired by vestiges from antiquity or archaeology. The reflections and the case study which will be proposed, pertaining to a recent design experiment for the archaeological area and Antiquarium of Tyndaris, are dedicated to this theme. Over and above any charm exerted by such places, by landscapes in which the ruins appear identical in substance and which sometimes manifest themselves as “sub specie æternitatis”, there are reasons linked to the very profession of architect and to the gashes in the crucible of controversies around the role of history in its contentious relationship with architectural design. Entro questa concezione della storia o meglio di una metodologia per la storia che "tenda all'archeologia in quanto descrizione intrinseca del monumento" le opere e i progetti di architettura appaiono come i protagonisti di un'azione drammatica incentrata sull'opposizione tra la permanenza della "struttura" e il fremito del mutamento. Quel fremito che nell'età dell'Umanesimo aveva animato le menti degli architetti affrontando allo stesso modo i campi della filologia e dell'architettura studiando i monumenti antichi come testi allo scopo di "generare nuove forme e dare così vita a una nuova classica tradizione".Settore ICAR/14 - Composizione Architettonica E Urbanain sintesi alle trasformazioni che valgono come fondazione e rinnovamento delle fondazioni stesse.&nbspdi Tindari che si proporranno.
