Artikkelissa tarkastellaan sitä, miten nukkumista ohjeistettiin 1800-luvun lopun ja 1900-luvun alkukymmenten suomalaisessa terveysvalistuksessa ja mitä hyvän unen avulla tavoiteltiin. Artikkelissa kysytään myös, ketkä nukkumisohjeita laativat, kenelle ne oli suunnattu ja millaisesta ajattelutavasta ne kumpusivat. Unihygienia eli nukkumiseen ja liittyvät ohjeistukset olivat osa kansainvälistä hygienialiikettä, joka oli vahvimmillaan juuri 1800-luvun loppupuolella. Longitudinal and cross-sectional associations of adherence to 24-hour movement guidelines with cardiometabolic risk

This study aimed to examine 1) adherence to 24-hour movement guidelines over a 2-year follow-up in children aged 6-8 years and 2) association of this adherence with cardiometabolic risk factors. Physical activity and sleep were assessed by a monitor combining heart rate and accelerometry measurements. Screen time was reported by the parents. Body fat percentage, waist circumference, blood glucose, serum insulin, plasma lipids and blood pressure were assessed, and a cardiometabolic risk score was calculated using z-scores. Raksti tika izvēlēti no diviem interneta avotiem: The Economist un NewYork Times. Darba teorētiskajā daļā sniegts literatūras pārskats par tēlainu valodu, metaforu un žurnālistikas stilu. Empīriskā daļa ir balstīta uz kvalitatīvu un kvantitatīvu konceptuālo metaforu analīzi, izmantojot Lakofa (Lakoff) un Džonsona (Johnson) teoriju un Pragglejaz Group modeli. Il progetto per il primo concorso, del 1884, redatto dall’allora giovanissimo Ernesto Basile (Palermo 1857-1932), rivela una grande perizia progettuale che trasforma il complesso programma funzionale in un austero edificio in stile neofiorentino. Although hyperreality is not a subject commonly studied in marketing, it characterizes an increasing number of leisure and tourist places. In this article, we build a theoretical model to have a better understanding of this phenomenon in order to define it. This model as well as a study of leisure tourist universes help us to identify the attributes and commercial strategies that are used to create a hyperreal environment. We also explore the strategic opportunities and threats associated with developing hyperreality on commercial grounds.
