Corporate income tax rate in Latvia is one of the lowest in the European Union and is favourable for business. However, the government additionally uses numerous CIT reliefs to stimulate investments, to promote specific industries and investors. Total costs of these tax reliefs are high, but many of the goals declared by their introduction are not reached, suggesting that tax relief efficiency could be questioned. Academic literature provides us with evidence supporting the demand to device teacher training programs able to aim awareness and reflection about inclusive education themes, moving beyond the only theorical and technical knowledge. The present paper proposes to show a pedagogical experience aimed at Primary Education students of Palermo University, which intends to promote a process of critical thinking on the representation and conceptualization of disability and in‐ clusion, through a training methodology based on the use of performing arts for improving traditional Problem‐based Learning approaches.
Quality of educational dialogue and association with students’ academic performance

The study used a mixed-methods approach to examine the associations between the quality of educational dialogue and students' academic performance and to analyse what kinds of dialogic teaching patterns of different levels of quality can be identified in classroom lessons. A total of 158 Grade 6 lessons were video-recorded, and the quality of the educational dialogue was assessed using the Classroom Assessment Scoring System-Secondary (CLASS-S) observational instrument. Arviointi ja palautteenanto ovat oleellisia asioita opettajan jokapäiväisessä työssä. Lisäksi asenteiden tutkiminen on tällä hetkellä suosittu tutkimusala. Tässä tapaustutkimuksessa tutkittiin, millaista vuorovaikutuksellista palautetta opettaja antaa oppilailleen alakoulun englannin kielen tunneilla, ja millainen yhteys sillä on oppilaiden asenteisiin englannin kieltä kohtaan. The effect of perceived school climate and teacher efficacy in behavior management on job satisfaction and burnout: A longitudinal study

Abstract This study investigated how perceived school climate affects teachers' job satisfaction and burnout and how self-efficacy and collective efficacy in behavior management mediate the effect of perceived school climate on job satisfaction and burnout. The questions were answered using longitudinal questionnaire data collected from 642 Finnish lower secondary school teachers. A structural equation model revealed that school climate had a positive effect, partly mediated by self-efficacy, on job satisfaction. Research Findings: The aim of the present study was to examine classroom quality profiles of kindergarten classrooms using a person-centered approach and to analyze these patterns in regard to teacher and classroom characteristics. Observations of the domains of Emotional Support, Classroom Organization, and Instructional Support were conducted in 49 Finnish kindergarten classrooms utilizing the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (R. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of an online affect management intervention on relationship conflict through the rate of growth of team resilience in virtual teams with diversity faultlines. Fifty-two 4-person teams participated in a randomized controlled trial design with repeated measures (i.e., three measurement occasions). Teams were randomly assigned to either an intervention designed to help them manage emotions in virtual teams or a control condition.
