This paper contributes to the discussion on health behavior change support systems by examining one of the persuasive software features, social support. The paper studies the influence of structural social support on functional social support types in the online environment. Il contributo presenta una proposta di analisi delle interazioni nei webforum per la costruzione della conoscenza condivisa. La costruzione di una comunicazione valorizzante l’apporto costruttivo di singoli studenti e di un’interazione congruente in rete può essere indagata secondo un aspetto contenutistico e uno di tipo relazionale. The purpose of this study is to identify the obstacles that are hindering organizational environmental communication among the target group in the case company. After identifying obstacles, this thesis tries to find solutions to improve organizational environmental communication and knowledge sharing among the target group. Case company in this study is ICT-sector company and the target group consists of engineers that are working mainly with datacenters. This study uses qualitative methods.
