In the Polish lexicography, there have appeared newer types of dictionaries, including the ones derived from or modelled on earlier lexicographic works. Their evaluation reąuires that objective criteria for a comparative description of dictionaries be developed. In this paper, the author argues that a dictionary constitutes a specific narration (meta-expression) about language reality, and that is why it should be possible to explore any dictionary using a framework modelling all and any expressions produced by language users. Abstract. Internationalization and globalization competences play a major role for graduates and employees in IS related enterprises. In contrast to other disciplines such as Business or Economics, the IS discipline rarely addresses this competence area. In the paper, we identify generic competence areas: coordination, communication, and cooperation. We derive domain specific competences for the field of E-Learning in Higher Education. We analyze the notion of reproducing pair of weakly measurable functions, which generalizes that of continuous frame. We show, in particular, that each reproducing pair generates two Hilbert spaces, conjugate dual to each other. Several examples, both discrete and continuous, are presented.
