Aquest estudi explora el tema de la satisfacció laboral en el sector educatiu a la Comunitat Valenciana. En concret, el propòsit d'aquesta investigació és determinar si hi ha diferències entre el professorat dels nivells no universitaris en relació amb la seua condició d'home o dona, amb el tipus de contracte laboral que tenen 'temporal versus permanent' i a la titularitat dels col·legis 'públics versus privats' on desenvolupen la seua tasca. Halogenated (arylsulfanyl)pyridines syntheses and their derivatives by C-S and C-X couplings catalyzed by palladium complexes

C–H activation of aryl compounds directed by 2-sulfonylpyridine and 2-sulfanylpyridine moiety for the formation of C–X (X = F, Cl, Br, I) bonds was studied. First, the syntheses of thioethers (2-(arylsulfanyl)pyridines) and sulfones (2-(arylsulfonyl)pyridines) were necessary for the progress of this project. A C–S coupling catalyzed by palladium complexe between thioaryls and halogenated heterocycles was performed for the synthesis of thioethers. The cheap ligand bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene (dppf) was used for this convenient reaction. Then, oxidation of thioethers was performed to synthesize sulfones. Multidentate ligands usually show great activities in low loading organometallic catalysis in palladium. Among these ligands, the use of ferrocenyl polyphosphane ligands give interesting results. Robust palladium-ferrocenyl triphosphane catalytic systems have permitted to obtain biarylamines and aryl-heteroaryl ethers in the presence of low catalytic loadings. DFT studies on catalytic cycle during formation of aryl-heteroaryl ethers were carried out. The presence of third phosphino group stabilizes a transition state which enhances the rate of the reductive elimination. Este artículo se centra en los cambios culturales de la modernidad con una mayor repercusión en el modo de plantear el problema de la biografía. Destaca la tendencia realista, compartida con el conjunto de la narrativa moderna. Entra en la distinción entre ciencia histórica y biografía en el ochocientos. Pasa revista a las propuestas que en la sociología y en la historiografía realzaron el papel del individuo en el primer tercio del siglo XX. Termina con las transformaciones en la biografía durante el periodo de entreguerras.
