Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādas savstarpējās sakarības pastāv starp izdegšanu, iesaisti darbā un emociju regulāciju. Tāpēc tika izvirzītas divas hipotēzes par to, ka pastāv pozitīva saistība starp emociju apspiešanu un izdegšanu. Otra hipotēze par to, ka izdegšana ir negatīvi saistīta ar iesaisti darbā. Tāpat arī tika izvirzīts pētījuma jautājums par to, vai pastāv emociju regulācijas moderējošais efekts iesaistes un izdegšanas savstarpējā sakarībās? There is increasing interest in integrated reporting that includes the company's financial, governance, environmental, and social performance. For this reason, the main objective of this investigation is to study why companies are producing integrated reporting, paying special attention to the links with the assurance of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) report.
