Ultrametriski algoritmi

Maģistra darbā tiek pētīta ultrametriska galīga automāta un ultrametriska vaicājošā algoritma definīcija, kas paredz p-adisku skaitļu izmantošanu amplitūdu norādīšanā. Lasītājs tiek iepazīstināts ar p-adisku skaitļošanas sistēmu un absolūtās vērtības jēdzienu. Darba ietvaros tiek izstrādātas ultrametrisku automātu realizācijas dažādu valodu atpazīšanai. Ultrametrisku automātu rēķināšanas sarežģītība tiek novērtēta pēc stāvokļu skaita automātā. Tiek apskatīts ultrametrisks vaicājošais algoritms, kas pārbauda Heminga koda pareizību. Darbā tiek pētītas ultrametrisku algoritmu priekšrocības salīdzinot ar klasiskām un kvantu skaitļošanas teorijas pamatkoncepcijām.

W publikacji przedstawiono podstawy orzekania przez sąd administracyjny z pominięciem przepisu ustawy, który ten sąd ocenia jako niekonstytucyjny. Tym samym podejmuje problematykę realizacji podstawowego celu, jakim jest ukazanie roli sądownictwa administracyjnego w ostatecznym ukształtowaniu praw i obowiązków adresata działań administracji jako gwaranta ochrony praw jednostki, która mogłaby zostać pozbawiona ochrony prawnej na etapie stosowania prawa przez podmiot dysponujący władztwem administracyjnym (imperium). Il saggio descrive l'intervento di Pasquale Culotta e Bibi Leone a Palma di Montechiaro nel Quartiere Calvario Pizzillo. Si tratta di un opera poco nota degli architetti siciliani. Il saggio quindi mira a colmare una lacuna nella documentazione. Ma il saggio ha lo scopo principale di analizzare questa opera per le sue peculiarità. Per fare ciò affronta alcuni temi generali che vengono puntualmente messi in opera nel complesso intervento di Culotta e Leone: il progetto urbano, il valore civile dell'intervento architettonico, il "nuovo realismo" progettuale, i rapporti con l'edilizia illegale, le possibilità di un'architettura "low budget". The article focuses on the German Civil Code and its translations into Polish. After it came into force in 1900, the Civil Code was also binding in the western parts of contemporary Poland until it was repealed by a unified Polish Civil Code after the Second World War. Selected usual word combinations in the German civil law have been analysed, in order to check whether their Polish counterparts are still usual in the Polish legal language. Therefore the article deals with a question which according to Lombardi’s opinion (2007: 119) is a desideratum research.

Bakalaura darbs ir veidots ar mērķi analizēt jēdziena “latviešu valoda” saturu un nozīmīgumu. Autore darbā aplūko tiesību literatūrā paustos viedokļus par vērtībām un latviešu valodu, kā valsts valodu un abu šo jēdzienu saturu un nozīmi, kā arī latviešu valodas normatīvā regulējuma attīstību. Lai sasniegtu bakalaura darba mērķi tika veikta padziļināta juridiskās literatūras, normatīvo aktu, nacionālo un pārnacionālo tiesu prakse, kā arī Satversmes sapulces un Saeimas stenogrammu izpēte. This article and the four videos linked to this article are a result of the earliest experiences in establishing an international research collaboration among seven countries in the Project Social and emotional experiences in transition through the early years. We draw attention to the complex issues surrounding the many processes, beliefs and attitudes about infants in research that permeated our processes of gaining ethical approval for the international study and which posed many challenges for our project.
