Bakalaura darbā ”Didaktisko spēļu loma sadarbības veicināšanai 2. klasē dabaszinību stundās” analizēta aktualitāte, kā veicināt sadarbības prasmes, izmantojot didaktiskās spēles. Pētījuma hipotēze ir sadarbības prasmju veicināšana didaktiskajās spēlēs būs sekmīga, ja: a) skolotājs organizē darbu un sekmē aktīvu iesaistīšanos didaktiskās spēles laikā; b)visiem skolēniem ir iespējas gūt panākumus. W artykule zaprezentowano możliwości zastosowania teorii gier kooperacyjnych w podejmowaniu decyzji logistycznych. Wskazano, że kooperacja pozwala na generowanie korzyści i efektów synergicznych i może być z powodzeniem stosowana w procesie podejmowania decyzji w całym łańcuchu dostaw.

Corporate board and default risk of financial firms

This paper analyses the impact of corporate board structure on default risk of European banking firms. We focus on four core aspects of boards that have been addressed in Directive 2013/36/ EU to strengthen the corporate governance of banks: the size of boards, their independence, the participation of female directors and CEO duality. We employ panel data analysis to study the 109 European listed banks between 2002 and 2019. Default risk is estimated by Merton’s (1974) distance to default. We take into account the presence of unobservable heterogeneity, simultaneity and dynamic endogeneity and estimate the model using the dynamic difference and dynamic system GMM methodologies. In this note an alternative framework to Selden and Song's (1995) work is proposed in order to clarify some of their results and verify whether the relationship between pollution abatement and national income can be drawn as a J curve when there is more than one country involved. As Selden and Song do, pollution is considered as a flow externality. Their model is extended to a two country case which requires the use of differential games. Digitaalinen oppimisympäristö vähäosaisten chileläislasten lukutaidon perusteiden tukena

Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää, tukeeko kirjain-äännevastaavuuksiin perustuva, digitaalinen GraphoGameTM lukutaidon perusteiden oppimista tehokkaasti espanjan kielessä lukutaidottomilla 1.luokan vähäosaisilla oppilailla Araucaníassa, Chilessä. Tutkimukseen valittiin viiden vähäosaisen koulun, 122 keskimäärin 6 v 4 kk ikäistä oppilasta, jotka satunnaistettiin interventio- (N=58) ja kontrolliryhmiin (N=64). Interventio alkoi keskimäärin 6 v ja 7 kk:n iässä.
