Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt kā galda spēļu izmantošana var attīstīt skolēnu runāšanas prasmes. Šādas tēmas izvēli pamato autores saskaršanās ar problēmu – skolēniem ir grūti izmantot angļu valodu saziņai angļu valodas stundās. Galda spēļu izmantošana tiek minēta kā nozīmīga runāšanas prasmju uzlabošanā, tādēļ tā tika izmantota autores angļu valodas stundās 4.klases skolēniem. Izmantotā pētījuma metode ir gadījuma pētījums kādas Rīgas sākumskolas 4.klasē. Pētījuma gaitā tika izmantotas tādas datu vākšanas metodes kā aptaujas anketas, esošo zināšanu pārbaude un zināšanu pārbaude pēc metodes pielietošanas. Good movement control is essential in team sports that require fast-paced running, pivoting, jumping and landing. Alterations in dynamic neuromuscular control may cause significant stress on the musculoskeletal system, and increase the risk of both acute and overuse injuries. The purpose of this dissertation was to investigate the effectiveness of interventions to prevent sports injuries, the incidence and severity of overuse injuries, and the role of decreased movement control as a risk factor for future injuries in young team sports athletes. Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction represents one of the most common procedures in orthopedic surgery. It usually involves the harvest of both gracilis and semitendinosus tendons from the ipsilateral knee. Different methods of hamstring graft preparation have been proposed in recent years, to create an adequate graft diameter reducing morbidity linked to gracilis tendon harvesting procedure. This working paper investigates the question of changing people mobility towards more sustainable habits involving them in an engaging gameplay. The work is performed within MUV H2020 research and innovation action. The game design, definition and features have been co-created through the involvement of different citizens and stakeholders in six European neighbourhoods. The paper discusses the game design as resulting from co-creation and co-design experiences with each neighbourhood communities involved in initial phases. The classical approach is developed for quite regular functions, while for less regular cases, generalized functions and approximation arguments are used. In this note, we discuss the regularity conditions in the classical decomposition formula due to P. Carr and D. Madan (in Jarrow ed, Volatility, pp. 417–427, Risk Publ., London, 1998) if the integrals in this formula are interpreted as Lebesgue integrals with respect to the Lebesgue measure. Recent multi-armed bandit based optimization schemes provide near-optimal balancing of arm exploration against arm exploitation, allowing the optimal arm to be identified with probability arbitrarily close to unity. However, the convergence speed drops dramatically as the number of bandit arms grows large, simply because singling out the optimal arm requires experimentation with all of the available arms.
