The association of uterus didelphys and unilateral blind vagina with ipsilateral renal agenesis is an infrequent urogenital malformation distinguished by a lesion of the mesonephric duct. In most patients, symptoms are present at the beginning of the menstrual cycle because a transverse vaginal septum on one side obstructs the flow of menses, which consequently collect. Darba mērķis ir atrast jaunus inhibitorus, kas kavē Listeria monocytogenes transpeptidāzes sortāzes A veikto hidrolīzes reakciju, inhibējot sortāzes A darbību. Šī mērķa sasniegšanai tika izveidota DNS konstrukcija, kas kodē Listeria monocytogenes sortāzes A katalītisko domēnu. Tā kā vislabāk izpētīta ir Staphylococcus aureus sortāze A, papildus tika izveidota tās katalītisko domēnu kodējoša DNS konstrukcija. Ekspresija tika sekmīgi veikta E. coli ekspresijas sistēmā, abi proteīni bija šķīstoši. One of the main challenges faced by physical therapy (PT) students is to learn the practical skills involved in neurological physical therapy (PT). To help them to acquire these skills, a set of rubrics were designed for formative purposes. This paper presents the process followed in the creation of these rubrics and their application in the classroom, noting that students perceived them as valid, reliable, and highly useful for learning. El tratamiento neoadyuvante en el cáncer de mama (CM) permite estudiar marcadores subrogados que puedan predecir respuesta clínica y supervivencia. La respuesta completa patológica (RCp) definida como la ausencia de tumor infiltrante en la mama y axila en la pieza quirúrgica se asocia a mejor supervivencia. En los tumores triple negativos el tratamiento de elección es la combinación de quimioterapia, antraciclinas y taxanos son los esquemas con mayor evidencia, junto con carboplatino alcanzando tasas de RCp del 35-60 %. The purpose of this study was to examine the values of movement and physical activity (MoPA) using government policy documents (e.g., laws and curricula) on early childhood education and care (ECEC) from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden. This descriptive, comparative study was designed based on curriculum theory and used word count and content analyses to identify similarities and differences in the occurrence of MoPA in the ECEC policies of Nordic countries. Seven terms were identified as MoPA-related in Nordic policy documents. As lymphatic microsurgery has become more common, vascularized lymph node transfer ascended to the forefront in many centers for the surgical management of advanced stages of lymphedema showing substantial clinical improvement. However, no consensus has been reached among experts regarding many details of the procedures, including patient selection criteria, type of treatment, donor, and recipient sites and postoperative evaluation of the outcome.
