The aim of our study was to evaluate the relationship between in-hospital treatment with cardiovascular drugs in patients with acute ischemic stroke and some outcome indicators. Cet article analyse le comportement paradoxal des expatriés de retour frustrés mais fidèles à leur organisation à partir d’une théorie encore émergente en sciences de gestion, celle du don/contre-don de Marcel Mauss. En considérant une expérience d’expatriation comme un « fait social total » qui inclut le passé, le présent et le futur de l’individu et articule l’ensemble des dimensions personnelles et professionnelles, nous proposons une perspective renouvelée sur la période du retour d’expatriation et formulons des préconisations managériales qui prennent en compte les mécanismes nouveaux mis en évidence.
