The essay concerns the involvement of Regional Legislators in the implementation of National Recovery and Resilience Plan («Piano nazionale di ripresa e resilienza»), considering regulatory simplification measures programmed by the Plan. In this perspective, it proposes a comparison between the Plan and the Italian Simplification Agenda 2020-2023 and it examines the framework of regional regulatory simplification measures.

Background This article uses the logistic regression model for diagnostic decision making in patients with chronic nasal symptoms. We studied the ability of the logistic regression model, obtained by the evaluation of a database, to detect patients with positive allergy skin-prick test (SPT) and patients with negative SPT. The model developed was validated using the data set obtained from another medical institution. Maģistra darbā analizēts Dž. D. Selindžera romāna “Uz kraujas rudzu laukā” (1951) vienīgais tulkojums latviešu valodā (1969. g., tulk. A. Bauga). Pētījumā apkopotas pētnieku atziņas par atkārtotās tulkošanas hipotēzi, slengu un tā tulkošanas īpatnībām un romāna “Uz kraujas rudzu laukā” stilistikas specifiku, tulkošanas problemātiku un atkārtotiem tulkojumiem citās valodās. Praktiskajā daļā veikta Baugas izraudzīto tulkošanas stratēģiju analīze – tika konstatēta R. Raitas-Kovaļovas krievu valodas tulkojuma ietekme, kā arī tas, ka Bauga dažādojusi vienu un to pašu vārdu atveidi, lamuvārdi vietām mīkstināti vai izlaisti, daži fragmenti cenzēti pavisam, konstatēti mūsdienās novecojuši vārdi.
