Abstract Background: Pixantrone is a novel aza-anthracenedione with less cardiotoxicity and superior activity compared to doxorubicin and mitoxantrone in murine leukemia and lymphoma tumor models. Pixantrone as single agent therapy led to major responses in patients (pts) with multiply relapsed aggressive non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL), including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLCL). Primary Sjogren syndrome (pSS) is the second most common autoimmune disorder worldwide, which, in the worst scenario, progresses to Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL). Despite extensive studies, there is still a lack of knowledge about developing pSS for NHL. This study focused on cells’ signaling in pSS progression to the NHL type of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Using bulk RNA and single cell analysis, we found five novel pathologic-independent clusters in DLBCL based on cells’ signaling. Katru gadu ar melanomu saslimst arvien vairāk cilvēku. Viens no iemesliem ir ozona slāņa samazināšanās, kas rada intensīvāku ultravioletā starojuma nokļūšanu uz Zemes virsmas. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot ultravioletā starojuma un filtru ietekmi uz cilvēkiem, respondentu sauļošanās un aizsarglīdzekļu lietošanas paradumus, sakarību starp UV filtru procentuālo daudzumu un SPF vērtību un ādas reakciju uz izveidoto aizsargkrēmu. Praktiskajā daļā tiek analizētas respondentu atbildes, veiktas SPF simulācijas, veikts un analizēts aizsargkrēma plākstera tests. Secināts, ka saules aizsargkrēmi tiek lietoti nepareizi, palielinot filtru daudzumu aizsargkrēmā, SPF vērtība palielinās, bet aizsardzība pret…
