Pre- and syn-eruptive geochemistry of volcanic gases from Soufriere Hills of Montserrat, West Indies

International audience; Soufriere Hills fumaroles contained magmaderived volatiles before and during the eruption initiated in 1995 but also preserved a typical and quite steady hydrothermal coinposition. Chemical changes due to increased boiling and a greater input of oxidizing magmatic gas occurred only at Galway's Soufriere, the most active fumarolic field. TCR Clonality and Genomic Instability Signatures as Prognostic Biomarkers in High Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer.

Simple Summary High-grade serous ovarian carcinoma (HGSC) could be analyzed with a molecular stratification defined by different genomic instability signatures associated with specific mutational process and prognostic biomarkers. Immune infiltrate is known to be a robust biomarker in HGSC. We aimed to investigate immune parameters according to genomic instability signatures. We observed that homologous recombination deficiency positive, copy cumber variant signature 7 and TCR (T cells receptor) clonality are good prognostic biomarkers in HGSC. This paper presents some results of the research on ‘Adult education resources to reduce youth unemployment’, which is a part of the project ‘Implementation of the European agenda for adult learning’. The research applies a mixed-method approach (quantitative and qualitative data analysis). The purpose of the paper is to identify the most/least-efficient non-formal and informal learning methods, forms, and initiatives to promote youth entrepreneurship and employability in Latvia as well as to show the relationship between the profile of young adults and their opinion on these methods, forms, and initiatives.
