Sicurezza alimentare e salute pubblica al bivio della «nocività» degli alimenti: spunti critici sul d.d.l. n. 2427 del 2020

L’articolo analizza le modifiche operate dal disegno di legge n. 2427/2020 (“Nuove norme in materia di illeciti agro-alimentari”) sui delitti del c.p. contro la salute pubblica e sugli illeciti alimentari della legge n. 283/1962. Si evidenziano profili di incoerenza sistematica e un deficit di coordinamento tra i due distinti piani di tutela. In primo luogo, non è chiara la demarcazione tra le fattispecie delittuose di cui all’art. 5 della legge n. 283/1962 e i delitti codicistici contro la salute pubblica. Bakalaura darbs veltīts ar noziedzīgu nodarījumu pret personu saistīto terminu izcelsmesanalīzei angļu valodā. Teorētiskajā daļā ir aprakstīta vēsturiskās valodniecības un etimoloģijas joma, sniegts pārskats par krimināltiesību attīstības vēsturi un juridiskās terminoloģijas attīstību. Tajā aprakstītas arī galvenās tendences jaunu juridisko terminu, kā arī vārdu rašanās jomā procesa veidošanas principi. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā analizēti divdesmitdeviņu terminu etimoloģija.

LPV model identification for gain scheduling control: An application to rotating stall and surge control problem

Abstract We approach the problem of identifying a nonlinear plant by parameterizing its dynamics as a linear parameter varying (LPV) model. The system under consideration is the Moore–Greitzer model which captures surge and stall phenomena in compressors. The control task is formulated as a problem of output regulation at various set points (stable and unstable) of the system under inputs and states constraints. We assume that inputs, outputs and scheduling parameters are measurable. Šī pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot pašnovērtētās dienas miegainības, iepriekšējās nakts miega ilguma, parastas darba nedēļas nakts miega ilguma un vizuālās darba atmiņas saistību pusaudžiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 143 dalībnieki (70 sievietes un 73 vīrieši) vecumā no 14 līdz 19 gadiem (M = 16,26, SD = 0,86). Lai novērtētu pusaudžu mieganību, tika izmantota Klīvlendas pusaudžu miegainības aptauja (Spilsbury, Drotar, Rosen, & Redline, 2007), un tika veikta aptaujas sākotnējā adaptācija. Causal and Non-Causal Frequency Domain Assessment of Spontaneous Baroreflex Sensitivity after Myocardial Infarction

Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is thought to alter the baroreflex control of arterial pressure. We tested this hypothesis investigating the changes of the cardiovascular response after AMI in comparison with young and old healthy controls studied at rest and during head-up tilt, using causal and non-causal frequency domain measures of the baroreflex sensitivity. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki 13-letniej analizy testowania sprawności oraz uzysku energii i ładunku elektrycznego typowych modułów fotowoltaicznych wykonanych z różnych absorberów, zainstalowanych na południowej ścianie budynku Uniwersytetu Opolskiego przy ulicy kard. B. Kominka. The development of international health from a historical point of view has undergone major advances in recent times and constitutes a substantial part of the current agenda for historians of medicine. Within this framework, and focussing on a specific case study (international responses to poliomyelitis outbreaks in the 20th century), we explore the main actions and achievements of agencies such as the WHO and other private and international scientific organizations. Furthermore, this paper seeks to identify the Spanish presence and absence in these activities, their causes and consequences.

The purpose of this article is to analyse the differnt civil process of the Civil Procedure Law that can be used for the recovery of illegally occupied properties: eviction for precarious, injunction to recover possession and action action for the protection of registered property rights. Special attention is paid to the new procedure of rapid recovery of possession that has been created by Law 5/2018 amending the classic injunction to regain possession.
