The aim of this case report is to share with the forensic science community the experience of a rare complication of sickle cell anemia: acute chest syndrome. In October 2016, at the port of the city of Trapani (Sicily, Italy), the landing of an ONG "Médecins Sans Frontières" ship took place with 548 non-EU citizens and a corpse on board. BackgroundGhana's national prevalence survey showed higher than expected tuberculosis (TB) prevalence, indicating that many people with TB are not identified and treated. This study aimed to identify gaps in the TB diagnostic cascade prior to starting treatment.MethodsA prospective cohort study was conducted in urban and rural health facilities in south-east Ghana. This study seeks to investigate the school leadership views on the impact of the Ghana National School Feeding Programme (GNSFP). The qualitative methodology was utilized. The data were collected with semi-structured focus group interviews in two primary schools. The informants were members of the five leadership groups of each school. Thematic coding and network analysis were used to answer the three research questions.
