Working from home during the pandemic: attitude change and organization internal communication

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādas ir būtiskākās izmaiņas organizāciju iekšējā komunikācijā, pārejot no darba klātienē uz attālināto darbu no mājām COVID-19 pandēmijas dēļ, kā arī kā ir mainījušās darbinieku attieksmes pret strādāšanu no mājām. Bakalaura darba teorētisko veidu attieksmes teorijas, organizāciju iekšējā komunikācija un tās aspekti, kā arī teorija par mirkļbirkām un par līdzdalības kultūru. The hypothetical ancestral animal the Urmetazoa: Telomerase activity in sponges [Porifera]

Sponges (Porifera) represent the lowest metazoan phylum, characterized by a pronounced plasticity in the determination of cell lineages, and they are the closest related taxon to the hypothetical ancestral animal, the Urmetazoa, from which the metazoan lineages diverged. In a first approach to elucidate the molecular mechanisms controlling the switch from the cell lineage with a putative indefinite growth capacity to senescent, somatic cells, the activity of the telomerase as an indicator for immortality has been determined. Subgroups of SF(ω) and the relation of almost containedness

The relations of almost containedness and orthogonality in the lattice of groups of finitary permutations are studied in the paper. We define six cardinal numbers naturally corresponding to these relations by the standard scheme of P(ω)P(ω). We obtain some consistency results concerning these numbers and some versions of the Ramsey theorem.

El propósito de este artículo es caracterizar la fuente de Sucesos en una de las ciudades más peligrosas del mundo. Para ello, se aplicará una metodología de análisis y de sistematización gramatical crítico-descriptivo de la redacción, a la luz de la gramática, de las normas ortográficas y de criterios de lingüistas clásicos, contemporáneos y de periodistas lingüistas. Estas subcategorías pueden emplearse en otra fuente periodística de cualquier otro medio de comunicación hispanoparlante y también arrojarán un diagnóstico lingüístico sobre la redacción. In this article, we present an overview of the present state of the art of the theory of high-resolution spherical-top spectra in the framework of the effective Hamiltonian approach. We describe the specific features of this class of molecules to explain the basic concepts of the theoretical methods used for the analysis (line positions and intensities) and the simulation of absorption (including pure rotation) and Raman spectra of such species.
