Freedom of movement of workers within the EU implies adequate regulation of risks incurred by workers on the occasion of the exercise of this freedom. Among these risks, there is the possibility for community workers to lose or at least find themselves unable to give their supplementary retirement pension individual rights an unitary and continuous character when they decide to settle in another member State. What are the legislative solutions already proposed by the Community legislature and even those expected by community workers to be protected from these dangers? Provide a draft answer to this question is the main concern of this work.

Roque Six is the only novel published by José López Rubio. This study approaches an analysis of the work and its structure, style and themes, explaining why it belongs to the Spanish avant-garde narrative of the twenties.

Resum: L’article es basa en el convenciment que la comprensió usual de la ironia no pot ser aplicada a les obres de J. V. Foix, les quals més aviat han de ser enteses en el context de la ironia romàntica tal com va ser concebuda per Friedrich Schlegel i més tard documentada en la investigació d’Ingrid Strohschneider-Kohrs. Es descriu el terme «reflexió» com l’autonegació de l’absolut per a després analitzar alguns poemes en prosa del poeta, en què tal classe d’ironia pot ser identificada. Guar gum/borax hydrogel: Rheological, low field NMR and release characterizations

Guar gum (GG) and Guar gum/borax (GGb) hydrogels are studied by means of rheology, Low Field Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (LF NMR) and model drug release tests. These three approaches are used to estimate the mesh size (ζ) of the polymeric network. A comparison with similar Scleroglucan systems is carried out. In the case of GGb, the rheological and Low Field NMR estimations of ζ lead to comparable results, while the drug release approach seems to underestimate ζ. Such discrepancy is attributed to the viscous effect of some polymeric chains that, although bound to the network to one end, can freely fluctuate among meshes.
