The Role of Guarantees in support of Entrepreneurial Microcredit in Italy.

This paper proposes an empirical analysis of the microcredit initiatives promoted by local and cooperative credit banks trying to take advantage of any differences in the initiatives promoted by other types of operators in terms of default rates of loans. The differences are analyzed on the basis of distinctive features to identify a possible way of developing microcredit in Italy. The empirical analysis verifies the existence of a statically significant correlation between characteristics of the entrepreneurial microcredit programs and their default risk. Il commento analizza la recente sentenza n. 19/2022 della Corte costituzionale, in cui il Giudice delle leggi ha ritenuto costituzionalmente legittima la previsione legislativa, che subordina alla titolarità del permesso di soggiorno di lungo periodo l’ottenimento del reddito di cittadinanza per i migranti extracomunitari. Intrinsic Viscosity of Aqueous Solutions of Carboxymethyl Guar in the Presence and in the Absence of Salt

Intrinsic viscosities were determined for solutions of CMG in pure water and 0.9 wt.-% aqueous NaCl. To avoid the 0/0-type extrapolation typical for Huggins plots, a new procedure was used. For CMG and pure water, this requires only two adjustable parameters: the specific hydrodynamic volume of the polymer in the limit of infinite dilution and a hydrodynamic interaction parameter. The intrinsic viscosity of CMG (no salt) at room temperature is 6 050 mL · g -1 ; approximately half as large as that of Na-PSS of comparable molar mass. Mate (Ilex paraguariensis) is a highly popular herbal beverage in South America due to its high content of caffeine. Its hypolipidemic and antioxidant properties are of increasing interest in the treatment of cardiovascular disorders and for weight control. In the present study, we show for the first time both the local and systemic anti-inflammatory effects of an aqueous extract of mate in three classic in vivo models, namely acute and chronic 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol 13-acetate-induced mouse ear edema and acute carrageenan-induced mouse paw edema.
