The evaluation of the Garantie jeunes has resulted in three main reports (Farvaque et al., 2016 ; Loison-Leruste et al., 2016 ; Gaini et al., 2018). In this thesis, we seek to find out whether this scheme has an effect on the professional and social insertion of its beneficiaries, which transits through the acquisition of non-academic skills. Using a mixed survey method, we are interested in both the young people and the recruiters likely to hire them. On the one hand, our qualitative longitudinal approach is based on fifty-five semi-structured interviews conducted in three stages with the beneficiaries of the program. W opracowaniu podjęto problematykę rodzinnej kurateli sądowej coraz częściej stosowanej wobec młodzieży niedostosowanej społecznie, pochodzącej z rodzin niewydolnych wychowawczo. Rodzinni kuratorzy sądowi, sprawując nadzór nad podopiecznymi, zobligowani są do realizacji wielu zadań dotyczących współpracy z ich środowiskiem wychowawczym. W artykule ukazano wyniki badań pilotażowych na temat współpracy rodzinnych kuratorów sądowych z rodziną i szkołą podopiecznych. The author focuses on the way the novel mixed the neo-avantgardist poetics with the theory of the 'new man' by Guevara and with some emerging discourses such as testimony.

The common agricultural policy has generated contradictory discussions between Member States. Several successive reforms, due to the continuous changing of funding instruments within the common agricultural policy have lead to several changes within the policy. Since the 2000s, the reform policy was reorganized into two complementary pillars, funded through entirely different funds.
