Il capitolo affronta la nuova disciplina della vendita di beni materiali di consumo, introdotta in recepimento della dir. 2019/771. Lo studio approfondisce il tema della violazione del contratto a causa del difetto di conformità del bene, inquadrando la disciplina riformata nel quadro del dibattito sulla natura giuridica del vincolo del venditore di beni di consumo. Dallo studio emerge confermata la qualificazione di tale vincolo come garanzia. Guaranteed error bounds and local indicators for adaptive solvers using stabilised space-time IgA approximations to parabolic problems

The paper is concerned with space–time IgA approximations to parabolic initial–boundary value problems. We deduce guaranteed and fully computable error bounds adapted to special features of such type of approximations and investigate their efficiency. The derivation of error estimates is based on the analysis of the corresponding integral identity and exploits purely functional arguments in the maximal parabolic regularity setting. The estimates are valid for any approximation from the admissible (energy) class and do not contain mesh-dependent constants. The paper examines the functions of awareness in classroom communication. The focus is on interactionist approaches, conversational analysis and multimodal analysis methods. The concept of awareness can be analyzed from an inner or an external perspective. According to the perspective adopted, different approaches to the study of classroom discourse can be designed. The three approaches considered in the paper trace the development of awareness from language (learning) awareness to interactional awareness and thus offer a prospect of a deeper understanding of classroom discourse.
