Darba vispārīgajā un eksperimentālajā daļā aprakstītas gunilaktāma dabas vielas konstruēšanai nepieciešamie būvbloku sintēzes un tā sašušānas metodes. Tika aprakstīta sintēžu gaita, galvenās problēmas un to risinājumi, lai sasniegtu vajadzīgos rezultātus.

Desde sus orígenes el cine adoptó una función pedagógica que sirvió para ilustrar a los espectadores iletrados, por entonces su público habitual. Así, el cinematógrafo se convirtió en agente de la memoria colectiva y potente generador de mitos. Uno de los episodios históricos a los que prestó atención muy pronto fue a la Guerra de la Independencia librada por los españoles contra los franceses durante un período de seis años. Y fue el genio de Segundo de Chomón el que dirigió la primera de las películas sobre el tema, ‘Los héroes del sitio de Zaragoza’ (1905), donde con gran habilidad narrativa y economía de medios expresivos articula un relato vigoroso y eficaz. En este artículo comparo la primera y última edición de la Introducción de la ciencia del derecho de Gustav Radbruch. Me centro en aquellos aspectos que bosquejan su concepto de derecho, a saber, la relación entre derecho y moral, su modelo de Estado y la creación judicial del derecho. El resultado está determinado por la circunstancia vital e histórica de las dos ediciones: la primera publicada antes de la IGM, siendo Radbruch un joven docente en Heidelberg; la última fue redactada ya en la República de Weimar, habiendo ocupado la cartera de Justicia y siendo un reconocido jurista.

Darba aktualitāte:2011.gadā astmas diagnoze tika uzstādīta 235 miljoniem cilvēku pasaulē, bet HOPS 329 miljoniem. (WHO, Asthma and COPD). Un šo pacientu skaits palielinās ar katru gadu. Slimību terapijas ir vērstas uz to kontroli, bet bieži netiek pievērsta uzmanība augšējiem elpošanas ceļiem, kas ietekmē arī dzīves kvalitāti pacientiem. Šādi pētījumi literatūrā ir sastopami maz. Bieži ir arī novērots, ka pacienti nepievērš uzmanību kāda ir elpošana caur degunu. Ar rinomanometrijas palīdzību objektīvi tiek izvērtēta elpošanas kvalitāte un līdz ar to izvēlētos ārstēšanas metodi. Mit diesem Beitrag wollen wir illustrieren, wie mit Hilfe der Technik des ambulanten Monitoring gesundheitspsychologische Fragestellungen im Alltag untersucht werden können. Dazu wurde der Zusammenhang von körperlicher Aktivität und Wohlbefinden im Alltag analysiert. Mit Hilfe von Beschleunigungssensoren wurden Bewegungsdaten über einen Zeitraum von 12 Stunden an 124 Probanden zwischen 18 und 73 Jahren aufgezeichnet. Energetische Aktiviertheit/positiver Affekt (EA/PA) und Anspannung/negativer Affekt (WA/NA) wurden etwa stündlich mittels Pocketcomputer erfasst. Die Daten wurden mit Mehrebenenmodellen ausgewertet. Background: Despite extensive research on hepatic cells precursors and their differentiated states, much remains to be learned about the mechanism underlying the self-renewal and differentiation.Results: We apply the SILAC (stable isotope labeling by amino acids in cell culture) approach to quantitatively compare the membrane proteome of the resident liver stem cells (RLSCs) and their progeny spontaneously differentiated into epithelial/hepatocyte (RLSCdH). D'un point de vue formel, les climats sont en effet d'abord des parcelles cultivées en vignes sur les coteaux des côtes de Nuits et de Beaune, et leur construction peut être appréhendée comme celle de la constitution de ces parcelles.
