This paper presents some results of the research on ‘Adult education resources to reduce youth unemployment’, which is a part of the project ‘Implementation of the European agenda for adult learning’. The research applies a mixed-method approach (quantitative and qualitative data analysis). The purpose of the paper is to identify the most/least-efficient non-formal and informal learning methods, forms, and initiatives to promote youth entrepreneurship and employability in Latvia as well as to show the relationship between the profile of young adults and their opinion on these methods, forms, and initiatives. Se explica el proceso de liofilización como método para salvar documentos dañados por el agua, realizado por primera vez en España. Tras una inundación acaecida en 1993 en la Biblioteca de la Universidad de La Laguna, se llevó a cabo la recuperación de once obras, impresas en el siglo XVIII, mediante la técnica de liofilización, que consiste en congelación y secado en cámara de vacío. AbstractTo date, characterization of ancient oral (dental calculus) and gut (coprolite) microbiota has been primarily accomplished through a metataxonomic approach involving targeted amplification of one or more variable regions in the 16S rRNA gene. Specifically, the V3 region (E. coli 341–534) of this gene has been suggested as an excellent candidate for ancient DNA amplification and microbial community reconstruction.
