It is now clearly established that immune system can affect cancer response to therapy. However, the influence of tumor microenvironment on immune cells is not completely understood. In this respect, alternative splicing is increasingly described to affect immune system biology.Here, we showed that tumor microenvironment, by increasing alternative splicing events, induced the expression of an alternative isoform of the IRF1 transcription factor in Th1 cells. This is an important result but the significance of the mechanism must also be sought in a context broader than that of fiscal federalism and without limitation to relations and processes fully observable. Sexism and romantic love myths in adolescents living in residential care

La investigación explora la relación entre sexismo y la distorsión en mitos del amor romántico en adolescentes que residen en Centros de Acogida de Menores en Valencia (España). El diseño de investigación fue descriptivo transversal con una muestra de 147 adolescentes. Los resultados reflejan una relación estadísticamente significativa que indica que, a mayor sexismo en los y las adolescentes, mayores son las distorsiones románticas.
