This article describes the main results of an ethnographic study on citizen participation carried out in the context of the development of the Urban Initiative (2007-2015): Cuenca-Barrio de San Antón. Managed by the City Council of Cuenca and financed by the European Regional Development Funds (FEDER) under the Ministry of Economy and Finance at the Government of Spain The results of the research show how in the context of the application of neoliberal policies, citizen participation becomes the trigger for new conflicts between institutions and citizens. Cet article presente les resultats d’une enquete exploratoire dont l’objet est l’etude des rapports entre l’automatisation des tableaux de bord et la coherence du controle de gestion. A partir de deux cas juges exemplaires, celui d’une entreprise industrielle et celui d’une banque, nous etudions cette relation sous l’angle du partage des representations et de la coherence des comportements. Il en ressort que l’augmentation de la formalisation ne cree pas davantage de rigidite mais produit au contraire plus de dynamique ou de continuite et de permanence. In the context of limited resources of a public hospital, constrained by rigid regulations and lowcapacity to invest in the purpose of satisfying the raising needs of the patients, the health facilityembraced the solutions to partner with an NGO. In partnership with Association of Psychiatric Hospital Dr. Gheorghe Preda Sibiu (ASPPS) alarge number of projects have been developed. The projects aimed to create new means andmethods for complementary and ocupational therapy and to ensure a friendly and suportiveenvironement for the patients. With rather modest financial resources but maximum eficiency and voluntary work, manymodern facilities were created, some even in premiere.

The hypothesis is that inflammatory/allergic conditions should be considered in self-reported milk intolerance (SRMI) patients who test negative and/or are asymptomatic at Lactose Hydrogen Breath Test (LHBT). We analyzed fecal calprotectin (FCP) values in SRMI patients to investigate the frequency of a “positive” intestinal inflammation marker and its correlation with lactose tolerance/intolerance. Desde su creación este mercado se ha caracterizado por tener una menor actividad negociadora y menor liquidez que la existente en los mercados latinoamericanos de origen.
