Abstract This paper’s research focuses on employer brand (EB) development as a solution for public sector organizations to attract the young specialists of Latvia. The author uses monographic research method, selection, comparison, induction and statistical data interpretation to explore the situation and potential outcomes of the proposed approach to Human Resource Recruitment and Selection. The research results show that public organizations in Latvia still need to improve their positioning on labour market and work harder on their EB.

In this document, we are interested in image modeling by the means of the hypergraph theory. Our contribution is essentially centered on the determination of the properties resulting from this theory and on the analysis from their adequacy with image problems, particularly edge and noise detection.First, we study the image spatiocolorimetric neighborhood hypergraph representation. The paper addresses the issue of the multiple dimensions of urban poverty through mixed analyses carried out in the CEP neighborhood of Palermo. The article tries to avoid incurring the dichotomy between the Global North and South and adopts a Mediterranean perspective, attempting to describe the neighborhood from below and starting from the voices of its youngest inhabitants. In light of the most recent pandemic events, the issue of urban poverty deserves to be explored with renewed academic debates.

Darba mērķis bija noteikt HBcAg- ietvertas 63 nukleotīdus garas ODN sekvences ietekmi uz organisma imūno atbildes veidošanos un imunogenitāti, salīdzināt iegūtos rezultātus ar kontroles proteīniem – HBcAg un HBcAg- (proteīns, kam izņemta dabiskā E.coli NS, kas rodas ekspresijas laikā). No imunizētām BALB/c laboratorijas pelēm tika iegūti asins serumi un orgānu (liesa, limfmezgli) šūnu kultūras. Tika noteikta un salīdzināta proteīnu spēja inducēt antivielu sintēzi, šūnu kultūru proliferācijas indeksi 96 stundas pēc restimulācijas ar HBcAg- in vitro, CD4+ un CD8+ šūnu subpopulāciju pieaugums un savstarpējā skaita attiecība. Tyypin 2 diabeteksessa sokeriaineenvaihdunta on häiriintynyt, minkä seurauksena verensokeri nousee liian korkealle. Paastoglukoosi- ja sokerihemoglobiiniarvolla (HbA1c) voidaan kuvata diabeetikon hoitotasapainoa. Sairauteen vaikuttavat niin perintötekijät kuin elintavat. Säännöllisellä kuntoliikunnalla on todettu olevan myönteinen vaikutus tyypin 2 diabeetikoiden glukoosiarvoihin. Fyysisen passiivisuuden, kuten istumisen merkitystä sairauteen on vielä vähän tutkittu.
