Developments in diagnostic and therapeutic delivery are trending towards molecular level targeting with nano-platforms. Targeted delivery reduces generalized distribution by localizing diagnostic and/or therapeutic (theranostic) molecules to an intended target site. The first section of this thesis proposes Hepatitis E Virus (HEV) nanocapsids as a vector to stabilize and target theranostic delivery. Objectives: Our project consists in the implementation and the evaluation of a care system for children in a child protection NGO in Cambodia. In view of the cultural differences and specificities of the field, taking into account only the symptoms does not seem to sufficiently account for the processes involved within the system. This study examines the influence of therapists’ attachment dimensions and self-reported reflective functioning on their perceived well-being. Further, it examines if reflective functioning mediates the association between attachment insecurity and well-being. Method: A total of 416 experienced psychotherapists were enrolled in this cross-sectional study, and completed self-report measures of attachment insecurity, reflective functioning, and well-being. In order to present him- or herself at the outset of psychotherapy as a credible client, the person needs to, on one hand, formulate a sense of lost agency in accounts of his/her life situation, and on the other, to present him- or herself as willing and able to take part in conversational self-exploration.
