I try to sketch what a phenomenological constraint for the Neuroscience would be consisting of. I maintain that an adequate phenomenology is a condition for the Neurosciences to account for our every-day experience of the world in its broadest sense. As a guideline for it, I assume the phenomenological description of our actual experience of things, others, meanings and values provided by the Gestaltpsychology tradition. ResumenSiguiendo los fundamentos de la crítica como sabotaje, este ensayo analiza la novela de Élmer Mendoza, Cóbraselo caro, como un efecto performativo de la lectura de la novela de Juan Rulfo, Pedro Páramo. A través del estudio de las relaciones lingüísticas, temáticas y situacionales entre esas dos novelas, muestra que Cóbraselo caro, aun siendo un efecto performativo de Pedro Páramo, supone el auto-sabotaje de Élmer Mendoza en relación a buena parte de su narrativa.
