Background: Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is a common sexually transmitted infection (STI), representing the main cause of genital warts and cervical cancer. This cross-sectional study evaluated knowledge and attitudes about HPV infection, related diseases, and prevention and propensity towards HPV vaccine among undergraduate students. Physical activity (PA) programs are useful to help young elderly stay in good shape for their senior years. These programs should be sustainable, as this would keep the users active for months and years. A PA program should build on activities that users find meaningful and/or best suited for their history of sports and exercise as well as their present physical capacity. Bakalaura darba “Latvijas mežu ugunsbīstamības novērtēšanas modeļa izveide” mērķis ir izveidot funkcionālu Latvijas mežu ugunsbīstamības novērtēšanas modeli, kas nākotnē būtu izmantojams potenciālu meža ugunsgrēku prognozēšanai, novēršanai un meža ugunsapsardzības infrastruktūras plānošanai. Darba teorijas daļā apkopota informācija par līdzšinējiem meža ugunsgrēkiem Latvijā, to tendencēm un ugunsgrēku ietekmējošajiem faktoriem. Tika aprakstītas ugunsbīstamības prognozēšanas un modelēšanas metodes, kas izmantotas gan Latvijā, gan citās valstīs. Artykuł omawia badania terenowe przeprowadzone w środowisku opolskim wśród młodzieży Ochotniczych Hufców Pracy. Badania empiryczne uwzględniające elementy socjalizacyjno-wychowawcze dotyczyły świadomości młodych ludzi wybranych elementów życia i wpływu na ich postępowanie. Wpisują się one w ciąg badań prowadzonych w tym środowisku od dwudziestu lat.
