Fundamentalną wartością, na której opiera się ekumenia i do której prowadzi, jest wiara w Trójjedynego Boga oparta na dziedzictwie Ewangelii. Ludzkie starania, inicjatywy i programy są tu bardzo ważne. Przyznać jednak należy, że często są one niedoskonałe, a więc i mało skuteczne w osiąganiu zamierzonego celu. Artykuł podejmuje problematykę katechetycznego znaczenia Tygodnia Powszechnej Modlitwy o Jedność Chrześcijan w diecezji opolskiej w oparciu o listy pasterskie z lat 2016–2018, jakie bp A. Czaja skierował do wiernych w związku z obchodami tego tygodnia. Są one ważne z punktu widzenia współczesnej katechezy ukierunkowanej ekumenicznie. Zawierają cenne pouczenia katechizmowe oraz zaproszenie do włączenia się w ruch ekumeniczny. W sposób szczególny w listach pasterskich bpa A. Czai obecne są zagadnienia, które wynikają z realizacji takich zadań katechezy, jak: rozwój poznania wiary, wprowadzenie do misji, wychowanie do modlitwy oraz wychowanie do życia wspólnotowego.

: Isolated rat pineal glands were incubated in vitro in a medium containing [I4C]dopamine or [14C]tyrosine, and the tissue contents of l4C-labelled and total dopamine and noradrenaline were determined by HPLC followed by electrochemical detection and scintillation spectrometry. During incubation with [l4C]dopamine, the labelled amine accumulated in pineal glands and was partially converted into [l4C]noradrenaline. Nomifensine, a neuronal amine uptake blocker, largely inhibited the accumulation of [l4C]dopamine and the formation of [14C]noradrenaline. Synaptic ribbons (SRs) are presynaptic structures thought to regulate and facilitate multivesicular release. In the pineal gland, they display a circadian rhythm with higher levels at night paralleling melatonin synthesis. To gain more insight into the processes involved and the possible functions of these structures, a series of experiments were conducted in rodents. We studied the regional distribution of a molecular marker of pineal SRs, the kinesin motor KIF3A in the gland. To examine the effects of estradiol, testosterone, or progesterone on cyclic adenosine 3',5'-monophosphate (AMP) accumulation, 5-methoxyindole levels, and norepinephrine (NE) release by the female guinea pig pineal complex, samples of the deep, intermediate, or superficial portions of the complex were incubated in vitro with varied concentrations of either hormone. Exposure for 10 minutes to physiological amounts of estradiol (10 nM) or to 100 microM NE increased significantly cyclic AMP levels to the same extent in the three pineal regions. Effects of dexamethasone on human synovial fibroblast-like cells, from osteoarthritic joints, in culture.

The effect of Dexamethasone (DEX) on cell division and macromolecular synthesis was investigated in a line (McCoy cells, A 9) of synovial fibroblast-like cells derived from human osteoarthritic joints. DEX markedly reduced the proliferation of McCoy cells in a time and dose-dependent manner. The maximal inhibition (45%) was found at 500 nM DEX 24 h after incubation and was accompanied by the appearance of giant macrophage-like cells. After DEX treatment cells showed increased content of DNA, proteins and RNA together with the reduction of [3H]-thymidine incorporation into the TCA-precipitable fraction.

Se produjo la ruptura efectiva del modelo de ensenanza dual, al permitir a chicos y chicas de familias obreras y de escasos ingresos accedieran al bachillerato, lo que les estaba practicamente vetado hasta entonces. Las autoridades educativas otorgaron tanta importancia a esa politica que tuvo denominacion especifica: la extension de la ensenanza media.
