Relación entre la actividad física, los hábitos alimentarios y el consumo y actitud hacia las drogas en un instituto valenciano

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo conocer el interés por la actividad física y la práctica deportiva de 224 (111 chicos y 113 chicas) alumnos de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria y Bachillerato en un instituto de la ciudad de Valencia, así como relacionar dichos hábitos con la alimentación y el consumo de drogas. Para realizar el estudio se utilizó un cuestionario de elaboración propia, formado por veintitrés ítems de los cuales se extrajeron los resultados. BackgroundAs plant-based diets is increasing, we aimed to investigate dietary habits, dietary motivation and self-reported health of Norwegian adults who adhere to different types of plant-based diets.MethodsIn 2020, 808 subjects (530 women and 278 men) participated in an online survey, including vegans (8%), lacto-ovo vegetarians (16%), pescatarians (23%), and flexitarians (53%).ResultsHalf of the participants reported to consume fruits daily, three quarters consumed vegetables daily, and one quarter consumed whole grain products daily. This study examines both the effect of a twice-weekly combined exercise—1 h session of strength and 1 h session of impact-aerobic—on body composition and dietary habits after one year of treatment with aromatase inhibitors (AI) in breast cancer survivors. The pre-adolescence in woman is a key stage to obtain adequate bone mineral content and to decrease the risk of osteoporosis in adulthood. Exercise and adequate nutrition can influence the bone growth process. The aim of this paper was to verify if a different pre-exercise meal can change exercise-induced bone resorption in female child artistic gymnasts.
