Inulin is considered a dietary fiber and represents a noteworthy ingredient for food biofortification due to its health effects and its neutral taste. Il presente articolo riporta i dati di alcune ricerche volte a risalire all’origine dei batteri lattici degli impasti acidi. A tal proposito, i batteri lattici del frumento di quattro varietà moderne sono stati monitorati a partire dalle spighe. Le cariossidi ospitavano livelli di microrganismi inferiori rispetto a quelli rilevati sulle spighe e queste ultime livelli inferiori rispetto alle semole. The depth of the mixed layer is a major determinant of nutrient and light availability for phytoplankton in stratified waterbodies. Ongoing climate change influences surface waters through meteorological forcing, which modifies the physical structure of fresh waters including the mixed layer, but effects on phytoplankton biomass are poorly known. In post-unification Palermo, components manufactured abroad were usually used for complementary iron structures (greenhouses and skylights, projecting roofs, staircases…), whereas, for more demanding works, more weight was given to the contribution of producers with experience gained in the field of metal construction. Analysis is here carried out on the works of greatest importance, from the roofs of the two major theatres to the roofing of food market structures; the finest technicians were employed and a critical debate was triggered in the city with regard to formal, static and building aspects.
